It's Thyme Catering, established in 2010 is a full service catering company focusing on delighting its clients with distinctive, beautifully built dishes using the freshest local ingredients. Founded by Ismael Pacheco and Everton Fearon, It's Thyme Catering has honed in on its own cooking style which can only be described as Global Fusion. Both Ismael and Everton developed their passion for creating exciting flavors as young boys growing up in Brazil and Jamaica respectively. It was those first experiences, working with fresh local produce, seasonings and meats that have shaped the mouth-watering dishes that they have since become known for. Our services range from the small intimate house party to larger venue events and more, all incorporating our individualized style of approach.
